  1. How long will my order take to arrive?
    The shipping time incurred for each box differs. However, the entire processing and shipping takes around 3 to 15 working days. One day delivery is available in Bangalore for a few products.
  2. Where are you located?
    We are located in Bangalore. However, we ship in most parts of India.
  3. Can I cancel my order?
    No, order once placed cannot be cancelled.
  4. What is your return policy?
    We believe in providing best services to our customers. You get what you see. Hence, we do not accept returns. However, in the case of any damage that occurs in transit or in the case of receiving a wrong item, Please refer to Terms and Condition.
  5. What if I get a damaged item in my gift box upon receiving the gift?
    We do the best packaging, so the chances of damage in transit is negligible. However, in any case if you received any damage product please intimate us within 48 hours of receiving the product at: 8105096765. In this case we either give a replacement or store credit.
  6. Can I customize a gift box?
    Yes, gift boxes can be customized based on your preferences. In case of any special preferences that you would like, kindly WhatsApp us at: 8105096765
  7. Can I add a personalized note in my gift box?
    Yes, personalized notes can be added in your gift boxes. Please write the message you want on the message box provided in product page. If you forget to do so you can Whatsapp us with your order ID.
  8. What is the size of each box?
    There are 3 main box sizes: 7x7x4 inches, 10x10x4 inches, 12x12x4 inches, However we keep introducing different style and size boxes as per new occasion and season. The size of the boxes are mentioned in their respective pages.
  9. How accurate are the items shown in the images on your website?
    The items displayed on the website are accurate. However, we do not take guarantee that your computer monitor’s display will display the product with complete accuracy. Furthermore, we do not guarantee the positions of the items as they might move from their position during the course of shipping or transit.
  10. Where do you ship?
    All orders on Voodh are delivered to locations/pin codes within the country that are covered by FedEx and Delhivery.
  11. Do you ship internationally?
    No, currently we are not doing international shipping.
  12. Can I order gifts to be delivered to multiple locations?

  13. Can I get my order on a specific date?
    Sorry, as we courier the product, delivery is not in our hands. However we try our best that the delivery is done as soon as possible. For, Bangalore specific date delivery is possible at extra cost.
  14. What if I need to order a large quantity of gifts?

  16. Can I get gifts for any occasion?
    Yes, we try and bring gift for all occasions. However if we miss out we can specially curate one for you, Just give us a call.
  17. Is cash on delivery a possible payment option?
    We don't accept cash on delivery. All payments have to be done online.
  18. How do you pack and ship?
    All our products are properly packed with bubble wraps and necessary items, so damage in transit can be avoided. The boxes comes in a discreet brown corrugated box. For delivery in Bangalore, if we send the box through a bike or a car, then the box is sent in a simple cover.
  19. What if I want my company name or wedding logo on the box?

  20. Can I get my gift near the occasion date?
    If you are placing an early order and want the gift nearby the occasion date then please whatsapp us your order id along with occasion date. For ex- The occasion is 25th March, and you have placed your order on 1st March. So whatsapp us your order id and occasion date so we will try our best that gift reaches on 25th or 1-2 day before and not too early.
